We love helping our clients and seeing their faces when they receive a tax return or a naturalization certificate. Dr. Elvis Ngonga , CEO
Chief Executive Officer of Action Plus Group, Dr. Elvis Ngonga, has been providing tax and immigration consultation services to clients across Utah and the US at large for the past 12 years. With a strong background in Investment Banking, Dr. Elvis is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a discipline in Juris Doctor in Law and a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English. Also, he is proficient in multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, and African languages. He loves serving the community and helping people overcome tax, legal, and staffing challenges.
VIVIANE Djampa, Tax Preparer
Viviane comes to Action Plus Group with five years of experience in the financial and technical industry. She is professional, intelligent, and personable and ensures accuracy and efficiency in her tax preparations. With a background in international relations and fluency in English and French, Vivian loves working with people and enjoys helping people understand the positive impact of paying taxes.
Additionally, Viviane is also skilled as a business analyst and has a Master's in International Relations, Telecommunication, and Computer Science from the University of Yaoundé.
